My new website!

The extremely talented Sadie Rose Casey has designed this new site. I’ve been working in nonfiction, memoir, environmental writing, and this direction spurred me to revamp my virtual presence in the world. I love the birds. The images. The art. It reflects what I’m up to so effectively. Hooray! Some of the new writing is coming out later this year, so stay tuned. Some of it is already out there, the series of prose posts I did on walking in the woods for Best American Poetry for starters. The relationship between thinking, walking, living, and writing was so deliciously dynamic for me as I wrote those pieces. Just saying.
